Biography
Chiyeol Kim is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice area is antitrust & competition.
Mr. Kim has worked in various departments at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC), including the Consumer Policy Division, Public Disclosure Division, Holding Company Division, Business Group/M&A Policy Division, and In-Depth Investigation Team. Mr. Kim has particularly handled various tasks in the corporate group sector, such as unfair support, private appropriation cases, large-scale internal transactions, disclosure system operations, and the management of holding company and CVC systems. Additionally, he was responsible for several cases in the newly established In-Depth Investigation Team at the KFTC in 2024.
